KURGAL

from KOLOSS by Architects of Aeon

/

about

„Kurgal“ is sumerian and is a combination of 2 words: „kur“ that means as much as underworld, but also mountain landscape. This is related to the Zagros mountains around Mesopotamia (todays Irak) and represents the border of the known world and the realm of the dead. The word „gal“ means simply big.
